Recipe for Spaghetti

I forgot to include the recipe at the end of my previous post, so here it is.

  • 1/2 pound of spaghetti, thin spaghetti or angelhair
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil + extra for drizzling
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, rinsed and quartered
  • 1-2 tsp. dried Basil or 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Basil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • Kosher salt
